The technical provider of the MancsLab webshop is Shopify, which enables us to operate the webshop, manage the ordering process and provide related services.

5.5. Customer satisfaction surveys and reviews

Árukereső, i.e. Online Comparison Shopping Kft. (1074 Budapest, Rákóczi út 70–72., tax number: 24868291-2-42, company registration number: 01-09-186759) has been engaged as a data processor to store customers’ e-mail addresses for the purpose of the customer satisfaction survey related to the Trusted Shop Programme. After purchases made here, the customer’s e-mail address is transferred to Árukereső.

The purpose of the transfer is to request and display customer feedback. The e-mail address transferred for processing, as personal data, is processed by Online Comparison Shopping Kft. on our instructions, under an appropriate written contract and data protection conditions.

The e-mail address may also be processed for direct marketing purposes in connection with the customer satisfaction survey; you may object to this at any time via our contact details.

5.6. Compliance with legal obligations

We may process your data to comply with legal obligations, for example accounting, tax, consumer protection, complaint handling obligations or requests from authorities.
